The Closet Nerd Network: Just finished Heroics for Beginners.

So I just finished John Moore's really hilarious and well crafted Heroics for Beginners. I'll definitely be reading the others eventually. My style is a lot like his which makes me happy that it's marketable. Now if I can only make sure that my jokes are that funny.

Ok so. Some of my favorite parts of John Moore's book: that the evil overlord started out as an evil schoolteacher. I'm going to quote that on the first day of my class. My teaching style is to assert my dominance and then be cool with them. I liked the twist at the end and since I don't want to give anything away I won't say but it was good and I totally didn't predict it. Usually I can see something coming and I totally didn't expect that. Also I loved the hints of bondage and homosexuality. Just enough to be highly amusing. Oh and the threesome at the end (no you don't get to actually read it, but it's amusing). I thoroughly enjoyed it and can't wait to read the others. You should check them out.
